I've found though my blogging career that utilizing key words can make a big difference in how much traffic you receive. How do you make the most out of key words? First with an article idea in mind you do a word search on words that you think people will use the most in there posts. Next you take the top words or group of words and use them throughout your article. It is best to have 4 or 5 different words, group of words and be sure to highlighting each key word twice. Be careful not to stuff, this can take away from your work quality. To avoid stuffing it is best that the key words should be no more than 20% of the words in the article. So for a 600 word article that would be approximately 120 words max. Once the key words and tags are in place search engines will be sending people your way. It's that easy.

Actually Google will decrease your rates if you stuff your articles. Besides if you stuff an article with keywords what is the reader going to get out of it? If the reader isn't satisfied with the article changes are he won't be back to your site again. SO not only does stuffing decrease ratings it also lowers your repeat readers.

Another thing that Google penalizes for is black hat SEO. a few big black hat SEO tricks is cloaking and doorway passages. Cloaking is where you show the Google software one thing while the readers are seeing a totally different version. Another thing is doorway passage. This is where people are redirected to a site and not the one they originally attended to visit. Both are highly frowned on and people using this trickery will be penalized .Personally I think this is a form of cheating and people should be penalized for using such methods.

I use the Keyword analysis on my web page. It checks my article to see if I have used keywords correctly.

You need to sort your key words by popularity. You then need to combine the key words together to come up with phrases. Once you have your key words write a title using the top key words. When this is done right s META tag and be sure to include key words here. Also be sure to include key words in your attribute.

Keywords in your title are also important when it comes to ratings. When you are putting key words in a title make sure that the title tells what your article is about as it entices searches to click on your link. As far as length of title goes well that’s debatable some say no more that 70 but others tend to disagree. Personally I think the title should be just long enough to describe your web page well.
