There has been a lot of talk about the changes Google is making as far as ranking goes. One good thing that I've noticed is the key word search. Not only will Google help you find the best key word it also has tools that show you different phrases using your key word. This will save bloggers a lot of time and headache.

Key words are important. Google also seems to look at other things as well when ranking a site. Links seems to be a big rating factor with Google. They look at how many relevant links you have on your web page, another thing that increases ratings is how unique is your site and how often you update. If you update your blog weekly and the updates are unique lengthy articles this will help the ratings improve dramatically. Another thing Google looks for is how many times people visited and in those visits how many times was it book marked. The more visits the better your score will be.

I heard that the annalistic tools were better because you can get key word ratings for the entire year. Is that true?
